How long does it take to receive the orders?
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an average of the following:
- All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business hours, this is also when you will receive your unique track and trace code.
- Shipping will take around 3-10 business days depending on your location. We ship to around 75 countries.

Absolutely. Lusso ships across all European countries using a secure and tracked delivery service.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey with ease. If you have an account with us, you may also log in to view your order history and tracking details.
My delivery is missing/late.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by a delayed or missing delivery. At Lusso, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you promptly and with care.
If your delivery appears to be delayed, we kindly ask you to check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email for updates. Occasionally, couriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Should your parcel be missing, please reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible. Provide your order number and any relevant details, and we will investigate this matter promptly to resolve it for you. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are here to assist every step of the way.
Returns And Exchange
What are the return rules?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lussoclothes.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the given address. We have different return addresses per region and will look for the best one depending on your location. We will provide return details & instructions per e-mail.
If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do returns work?
To return an item, simply email us at info@lussoclothes.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the steps and provide the return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
When will I get my money back?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Please note: It may take additional time for the amount to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider.

Ambassador payouts are processed on a monthly basis. You’ll receive your commission within 5–10 business days after the end of each month, via the payment method you selected during registration.
You must reach the minimum payout threshold to be eligible for transfer.
